Do you accept returns?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
On the rare occasion that a defective or damaged product is received or the wrong item is shipped, we will refund or replace the item.
Refund/Replacement Process
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery of the item if there is a defect or damage so that we can evaluate the issue. To start the return process, contact us at service@bubbmarket.com. Please include photos of the item in question. There may be occasions where we require you to return ship the item at your shipping expense. If the refund/replacement is confirmed, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Please keep in mind that each computer monitor is calibrated differently.
